GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • PARENT TECH MEETING: If you attended the K-8th grade mandatory parent meeting where Dr. Swope and Mr. Barber spoke on cyber safety, you can find much of what was presented that night on the Parent Portal in the BITS section under the "Technology at Home" header. BITS-Logo
  • IMPORTANT: If you have carpool needs for your children, the best avenue to make this happen is through our Silverdale Parents Facebook page. Create a free personal Facebook account if you haven’t already, then request to join the group. An admin will approve your request ASAP.
  • FINANCIAL INFORMATION: Please remember payments are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 5th (late charge $20).  If accounts are not current, your RenWeb accounts will be blocked.  Please contact the financial office if you have questions regarding your account. Don’t miss a beat in the world of tuition and finance – check the Financial page on the Parent Portal for current information.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

  • Arts Festival - March 24th: This year's arts festival theme will focus on daily life in ancient Jerusalem and the roots of the Christian faith. Our lower gym will be transformed into a bustling marketplace depicting Jerusalem in the first century. Throughout the day, classes will rotate through the marketplace and will participate in a Jewish Seder. Students are encouraged to come dressed in biblical costumes.
  • Elementary Yearbooks: To order your child’s yearbook, log on to www.treering.com and use the school code 1013171646543951 to get started. To order yearbooks from years past, contact Treering Support directly at 877-755-TREE.

MIDDLE SCHOOL

  • Carline Safety: For the safety of all students, students must be picked up at the designated carline entrance, entrance #4. Students may not wait for you on the couches. Please do not ask them to meet you any place other than the carline area. Thank you.

HIGH SCHOOL

ATHLETICS:

  • Middle School Cheerleading: Clinic:
    • Monday, April 4 - 3:30-5:30pm (mandatory parent meeting immediately following)
    • Tuesday, April 5 - 3:30-5:00pm
    • Thursday, April 7 - 3:30-5:30pm
    Tryouts: Friday, April 8 - 3:30-? **All dates are mandatory** For more information, see Coach Bates or send her an email.
  • High School Golf Tryouts: Girls and boys interested in trying out for varsity High School golf will meet at Bear Trace Harrison Bay, April 4th  at 3:45pm. Be prepared to practice and play. Tryouts and practice will resume the following Monday April 11th, 12th and 14th at Bear Trace Harrison Bay at 3:45pm. If you cannot make the tryouts because you are participating with another Silverdale team, please notify Golf Coach Michael Bales at 423-242-3553.
  • High School Cheerleading Tryouts: April 11-13th, 2016, 3:30-5:00pm in the Upper Gym. Tryout packets are available in the Athletics Office (see Tim Couch). Parent Information Meeting - April 5th at 6:30pm in Room 210,
