For over a decade, Silverdale has honored our United States military veterans at a school-wide Veterans Day celebration. We are proud of the service and sacrifice of so many, and never want to forget those who gave so much for the freedoms this great country enjoys today. We can't wait to celebrate our local veterans as our guests of honor at this year's Veterans Day program! Wreaths Across Chattanooga
100% of the proceeds of our wreath ornament sales go to Wreaths Across Chattanooga. Their mission is to lay a wreath on every grave at the Chattanooga National Cemetery. In doing so, we remember all the Chattanooga area veterans who served our country, honor the lives of those who served and made the ultimate sacrifice, and teach the value of freedom and about those who protected our freedom.
Our Wreath Across Chattanooga Day is on December 14th.
The cost of a wreath ornament is $15 each or 2 for $25 (size is 3.5")
These ornaments are handcrafted for SBA and designed by our very own 8th grade student, Julian Escobar.
