Silverdale Summer Camps provides your child with opportunities for discovery and growth, wrapped in experiences with academics, the arts, athletics, and more!
The Hamilton County Health Department has lifted some restrictions for Summer Camps beginning June 1. Registration for Silverdale Summer Camps was reinstated on May 25, 2020. Our Crisis Management Team continues to monitor the latest information on the pandemic. The health and safety of our campers and their families is a top priority for us, so while our desire is to have your children at Silverdale this summer, we will only offer camps if we feel confident that we can do so safely. We will post any updates on cancellations and/or schedule changes as soon as we have more information. We will continue to be diligent in our process of evaluating all data from our local, state, and federal agencies.
If you have already signed your child up for a June camp (other than Art Camp which will be June 8-12) you will be contacted in the next week to see if the new schedule works for your family.
We want nothing more than to have our campers on campus and are working through plans to provide every precaution and safety measure to ensure a safe and fun-filled summer. We can't wait to host campers for Silverdale Summer Camps!
PLEASE NOTE: Important details regarding registration and refunds are listed below. Options chosen at checkout will affect what you pay and when.
Important Registration, Refund, and Health Guidelines
Silverdale Baptist Academy strives to provide the best summer camp experience possible during this season of COVID-19. We have decided to set camp start dates on June 8, 2020 with registration opening on May 25th. The CDC and the Hamilton County Health Department have currently issued a “no summer camps” mandate until further notice.
Please note that under Check Out you can have two payment options: pay now or enroll in payment plan. Please choose the Enroll in payment plan option for each camp you register for. Your total to pay at time of checkout should be $0.00. DO NOT PAY IN FULL. This will not charge your credit card until the Friday BEFORE your child’s camp starts. If, for some reason, camps are cancelled by the Health Department, this will alleviate any credit card fees. If you choose to select the pay now option you will be refunded the camp fees (if cancelled by the Health Department) minus the $6 ACTIVE registration fee that Silverdale is charged and the 3.9% credit card fee for processing. This refund policy goes into effect June 1, 2020.
If you select the defer payment option (as directed above) at registration and the camp is cancelled per the Health Department you will receive a refund for the price of the camp minus the $6 ACTIVE registration fee that Silverdale is charged. This refund policy goes into effect June 1, 2020.
Silverdale Summer Camps will follow all the guidelines for health and safety at camps set forth by the CDC and the Hamilton County Health Department. Camps will conduct touchless temperature screens, sanitation protocols, and social distancing during our camp days.
