Spring Coke Sale

This week, we kicked off our 2017 Spring Coke Sale fundraiser at Silverdale!  Each year, we do a school wide Coke sale in the fall and spring.  Over the last twelve years, this fundraiser has generated over $485,000.00 in profit for the Academy!  To God be the glory!  Our goal is to provide the students, parents, and customers with a quality product, which we all use, as well as design a rewarding incentive program for the students, and in return generate money for Silverdale.

Through this fundraiser, we have been able to upgrade our technology program, install projectors and screens for all classrooms, as well as purchase equipment and classroom materials for our teachers. A case of (24) 20 oz. Coke and Dasani products will cost $24.00 a case (still a great bargain at a cost of $1.00 per bottle). The cost for a 20 oz. bottle in the convenience stores is $1.62 - that adds up to a savings of approximately 62¢ per bottle or $14.88 per case. In addition to Coke and Dasani products, Powerade will also be available for $24 per case. Please note that the price increased from $22 per case to $24 per case due to an increase in the cost of Coke products.

Please remember to collect money at the time of the sale and give the customer a receipt (if you are not picking up the drinks for the customer) informing them of the pick-up date.  Please remember to return the red or black flats to the Academy(there will be a $3.00 charge if not returned). A list of incentives and turn in dates are listed on the back of the order form. Order forms are color-coded (white for elementary, yellow for middle school and blue for high school). Please remind your student(s) to get a new order form each time they turn in money. Additional elementary order forms can be picked up at Ms. Dian's desk in the Elementary lobby.  Upper school forms can be picked up at Michelle Patrick's desk in the Upper School atrium.  We will return the original order form(s) to you on the pick-up day. There are 3 turn in dates:  March 30th, April 3rd and April 5th, which is the last day to turn in orders. Pick-up date for the orders is Monday, April 17th at the Academy from 1:00-5:30 pmin the big parking lot across Silverdale Rd.

Thanks again for your continued support of Silverdale and this fundraiser. If you have any questions please feel free to call Chris Neighbors at 423-322-0311 or email him
