Become a Theatre Sponsor
Sponsors will be featured on a half-page playbill ad, digital signage, and lobby signage. All sponsorships are tax-deductible and can be specified to certain areas as listed below.
Sponsorship Levels
Musicals give students from all areas of the Arts programs a chance to come together to create something truly special. However, producing a musical of high quality is an expensive undertaking. A full show sponsor takes on the responsibility of funding each of the categories listed below (subtracting the costs of those categories already sponsored). Should a full show sponsorship be obtained, all playbills, posters, and signage will feature “Presented by (Sponsors Name)” under the show title and be featured on a full-page, inside-cover playbill ad.

Live musicians create another layer of energy and excitement in any musical production. While many pit musicians are typically students, local professionals often participate as well. Additional costs include sheet musical rentals, sound libraries, etc. As an orchestra sponsor, funds are used to cover the costs of hiring professional musicians and renting sheet music.

In order to legally perform a musical, certain rights and royalties must be obtained. As a rights and royalties sponsor, funds go to ensure that these are purchased.

Costume needs vary from show to show. Certain time periods can be more challenging to costume than others. As a costume sponsor, you will be providing the funding to have costumes purchased, rented, or created. In addition, your funds will be used to maintain costumes after a production for future use.

Each production set is tailored to the director's vision for the time and place of the story. Sets are torn down and then rebuilt, or pieces are re-purposed for each production. As a set designer sponsor, funds are used to purchase building supplies and scenic elements needed to create the setting of a production.

Sponsoring light and sound means the sponsor is supporting the direct costs associated with technological needs for our production. Having appropriate and reliable lighting and sound systems is an essential part of any production.

Casts often find themselves at school working hard late in the evening the week of productions, or in need of food between shows. As a meal sponsor, funds go directly towards ensuring students have quality meals during production week.
