Creekside Theater Rental: $350/hr.*

• Creekside Theater lobby
• Main hallway access to public restrooms
• Backstage hallway
• Theater dressing rooms

All Creekside Theater rentals include**:

• one (1) event host
• one (1) A/V technician
• two (2) security guards
• cleaning services

*4-hr. minimum at $350/hr. Usage beyond will be discounted. Rates will be individually determined based on needs.  **If SBA determines there is a need for increased personnel, additional fees may apply.

Creekside Theater Add-Ons

• Kitchen: $150 (incl. up to 4 hours)
• Black Box (as additional space): $60/hr.
• Band Room (as additional space): $50/hr.
