Parenting: What Does It Mean to Raise an Equipped Adult?
Silverdale Baptist Academy is hosting millennial communicator and author Andrew McPeak of Growing Leaders Thursday, April 27th, at 6:30 p.m. for a free community seminar focused on what it means to raise an equipped adult. What does it look like to lead today’s emerging adults - Generation Z? As parents, we’re not raising children; we’re raising future adults. Shifting our mindset in this way as parents will allow us to better prepare our children to make important life decisions on their own.
Andrew brings a unique generational perspective to audiences. He is the co-author of Dr. Tim Elmore’s latest book Generation Z Unfiltered, and he has shared insights from this resource with educators, coaches, and business leaders around the country. Along with co-authoring Marching Off the Map, Andrew also co-hosts the Leading the Next Generation with Tim Elmore podcast.
