Field or Gym Reservations

Field/ Gym reservations are available upon request for a fee. Each reservation request will be assessed individually and availability will be determined by priority, field/ staff availability and are all subject to Athletic Department approval.  Please follow this link to fill out the reservation form and view our rates and agreements guidelines below.

 

Gym/ Field Usage Rates and Agreements

GYM EVENT USAGE:

 

Silverdale Center/ Upper Gym by a non-Academy full-time staff member or an outside group(includes staff person, security, cleaning):

$500/ 4 hours (minimum) 

$800/ 8 hours

Silverdale Center/ Upper Gym supervised by a full-time academy staff (includes staff person, security, cleaning): 

$350/ 4 hours (minimum)

$500/ 8 hours

PRACTICES (no outside fans): 

Practice Only (staffing needed): $50/hour, includes staffing

Practice Only (Team provides FT staff supervisor): $25/hour

ADD ONS: 

(2nd gym added to a reservation): $150/ 4 hours; all day $250

Concession: $15/hr plus 60% of revenue. 

 

FIELD EVENT USAGE: 

Any Field use by a non-Academy full-time staff member or an outside group (includes staff person, security, cleaning):

$250/2 hours (minimum); each additional hour $75. 

$350/2 hrs with lights (minimum), each additional hour $75

$600/ 8 hours

Baseball/ Softball buildings: $40/hour

Any Field supervised by a full-time academy staff (includes security, cleaning):

$200/ 2 hours (minimum)

$250/ 2 hours with lights (minimum)

$400/ 8 hours

Baseball/ Softball buildings: $40/hour
