Early decision is designed for prospective families who prioritize Silverdale as their sole or primary option for school in the 2025–26 school year and beyond. By choosing Early Decision in the application and completing the admission process by December 15, prospective families will receive their admission decision on January 24. 

To receive an Early Decision, applicants must select Early Decision on the application and have a complete Admission Checklist by December 15, 2024. Early Decisions are sent on January 24, 2025 and if accepted, families are expected to complete the necessary enrollment steps by February 7, 2025.

If your child is deferred, they will be moved to the Regular Decision round of decisions given on March 3, 2025. If your child is not accepted, they will be able to re-apply for admission beginning in September 2026 for the 2026/2027 school year.

Silverdale will be able to offer some need-based Financial Aid awards for Early Decision applicants. To receive a Financial Aid decision on January 24, along with a complete Admission Checklist, prospective families must complete all the Financial Aid requirements by January 20, 2025.

Any accepted prospective student who completes and signs the enrollment packet at Silverdale must withdraw their application from other schools. Accepted students and their families will receive instruction on completing the enrollment process on January 24, 2025.

Thinking through your academic and spiritual goals for your student and our own mission here at Silverdale takes time. There is great value in exploring multiple options. Applying during Silverdale's Regular Admission timeline will not impact your admission decision. While we anticipate enrolling some students in the Early Decision phase, we expect our Regular Decision applicant pool to remain competitive.
